In search of Healthy Church Leadership

The second of The Thomas and Winifred Nisbett Lectures that took place on 29th October 2024, exploring the topic of church leadership and considering what healthy church leadership comprises. This lecture introduces Marcus Throup’s forthcoming book “Perfectly Ordinary: in search of healthy church leadership” (Canterbury Press) and draw on its themes, considering ways in which church leadership can become unhealthy and how church leaders can ensure that their own leadership is configured in a healthy Christlike and Christ-centred way.
