We are renewing our registration of young persons who attend any of our groups. This includes Sunday School, Youth Group, Church Girls’ Brigade, Boys’ Brigade, the Choir, and the StreamTeam.

If this applies to those under 18 in your family, please fill in this form.

Only 1 form needs to be filled in to cover all groups and activities.

Forms should be returned to a group leader, the Parish Office, or emailed to paget@anglican.bm
