Electoral Roll Form 2025

This year we are required to create a new Membership Roll.

The old one will be destroyed.

If you are a member of the Anglican Church of Bermuda at St Paul’s, please fill in and return this form as soon as possible (and definitely before the Annual Parish Meeting on 27th April 2025).

REMEMBER: You may only fill in one form for the Anglican Church of Bermuda – if you attend more than one parish, you must choose which one is your home and submit your form there.
